JCOGS Image Pro Field - Software Licence Agreement

Please read this Licence Agreement carefully before installing or using JCOGS Image Pro Field.

1. Relationship to JCOGS Image Pro

2. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Commercial Licence:

• Agreement means this Commercial Licence that forms the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Software.
• Software or Application means the ExpressionEngine add-on software program provided by the Company named "JCOGS Image Pro Field" and all related components, files, and documentation.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to JCOGS Design, a trading entity of 2GC Limited, Monkey Island Lane, Bray On Thames, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 2ED, United Kingdom.
• Installation means a single deployment of the Software on one production domain/website.
• Production Use means use of the Software on a live website accessible to end users.
• You means the individual or legal entity that has purchased a licence to use JCOGS Image Pro and/or the Software.

3. Licence Grant and Scope

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and your payment of applicable fees, the Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software, provided that:

• You hold a valid JCOGS Image Pro licence for the same production domain
• The Software is used solely to support/extend JCOGS Image Pro functionality within ExpressionEngine

4. Installation Limits

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Software may be installed for Production Use only on domains that are appropriately licensed for JCOGS Image Pro. Development/staging installations are permitted as part of normal development workflows.

5. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Use the Software on production domains not covered by a valid JCOGS Image Pro licence
• Share, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or modify copyright notices, licence identifiers, or attribution

6. Updates and Support

Updates and support for the Software are provided according to your active JCOGS Image Pro licence terms and support entitlement.
